1704, three volumes, folio, first edition, pp (vi) + xxiii + 557; (xvi) + 581; (xxiv) + 603 + (xxi), portrait frontispiece in each volume engraved by R. White after P. Lely, ornate cartouches, initial letters and tailpieces engraved by M. Burghers, full contemporary calf, rebacked.
